I can honestly say I don’t think I have read a book where someone works for the EPA, sure there have been the occasional book where one of the characters is really big on the environment, but never someone who worked for the EPA. So because of that reason I was pretty interested in reading this book. I actually really loved the environmental aspect of the book, it really worked for me. Ellie is back in town after a disastrous break up with her ex, she’s finally doing what she really wants to do now that she is on her own. She opened her own art gallery and does some side photography work for the newspaper, all in all her life is going pretty good. She also has some really good relationships with her brothers, who I really liked. So when the new guy shows up in town, it definitely opens her to the possibility of a relationship, something I don’t think she was expecting. I really liked the way the author was able to describe Ellie’s photography and art, sometimes its hard to visualize in my head what exactly an author is talking about when it comes to art, but this was really easy for me to see, and I loved it. I also really loved the dynamics between Ellie and the town, it’s a small town so everyone knows everyone, and they all really seemed like good people. Now as for our hero, Collin I really liked him.
