I know a lot of people don’t enjoy the whole kind of love triangle thing, but this one is done so well, and you can tell that no one really wants to hurt anyone. And honestly, this book felt so well done, that I could see this scenario playing out in real life. Adoption is one of those topics that’s hits home with me because I myself am adopted, and I have to first and foremost say that I felt the topic was handled really well. So Jules is pretty much blindsided when her first love shows up after 20+ years, and suddenly she has to deal with that reality. And of course he seems to be everywhere she goes. Oh and not to mention he has a pregnant fiancé with him. Jules has a great personality, sure she’s still be stifled by her dead mother, but she’s just such a likable character. She wants to do what is best for everyone, and she has such a good heart. I found myself […]
