10 Questions with Nina Croft

So we are back with another installment of 10 Questions! Have I mentioned how much I love when authors participate in this? Anyway, we are joined today by Nina Croft, the author of His Fantasy Girl, which I reviewed about a week ago (see the review here). Nina awesomely picked a secondary character for this go round, which I love! It’s so much fun to get a glimpse of characters we don’t normally get a lot of background on. So without further ado, here is Rory, Logan and Declan’s dad! I’m Rory McCabe, and if you’ve read Taking Control and His Fantasy Girl, then you’ll have met my sons; Declan and Logan, and their partners; Jess and Abby. So in this story, Logan meets a girl at the club owned by his father, her name is Abby, and its her 18th birthday, they spend an incredibly hot night together, and then go their separate ways. Now I’m not really a fan of women hiding kids from their fathers, but in this case, she’s a super young girl, and when she goes to find this guy who she had the hot one night stand with, well she’s told he is in jail, so it a pretty good reason since she doesn’t know anything about him other than that his new address is in the slammer. So I do have to admit I really liked Abby as a character. She’s a single mom, but she works her bum off to provide a good life for her daughter. It’s clear how much she cares about her daughter and only wants the best for her. Also, she has worked hard for herself too, she’s a police officer, and she is working hard to move up the chain. I like a woman who has ambition and works hard to get where she wants to be. But really, the thing I respected the most about her is that when Logan shows up on […]
