I was so into the description of this book. I love a good love triangle, I don’t know why, I just like them, probably because I love my drama in books. The thing about me and love triangles is I really want to pull for both guys, like I don’t want to end up hating one of the guys right from the beginning, because then it feels less like a love triangle and more like someone interfering. This book made things even more complicated because the two guys vying for Maddy’s attention are brothers, and one of them used to be the guy she used to date. So needless to say this book is all kinds of complicated. I guess I liked Maddy, she was okay. She wasn’t very assertive, and honestly I felt like most of the book she was trying to avoid the situation as much as possible. Like it was just easier to avoid. She is back to be in her brothers wedding, and this sets up for a lot of togetherness with people Maddy seems to be more on board with avoiding rather then spending every day with them. The two brothers in question are Gabe and Trent. Both are successful guys in their own very different ways, Trent is a soccer star, and Gabe is starting up his own business.
