So I picked up this book after reading another motorcycle club book and decided I wanted to read another with the same theme. Someone recommended this series, and this synopsis just kind of spoke to me, there just seemed to be a lot going on even with the synopsis that I just had to know how it turned out in the book. I have to say this is completely not at all what I was expected, it was way more, and I loved it. So from the synopsis I kind of got that there would be some time passages within the book, but I was expecting the book to be told from a young girls perspective, but the story is actually told from basically everyones perspective after the fact. So Dorothy was married young and was having an affair with married man (with kids) Jase and then she starts sleeping with Hawk behind his back. This situation is obviously more complicated then that, but when the book starts it after every relationship has imploded, years in the future. I was really worried about how that would play out, I mean I wanted to be in on the action! I wanted to experience the whole love triangle thing. But it totally worked for this book, and in my opinion it actually came off more authentic.
