Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!

Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.

Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.

But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

I love people who start off in a book at odds with one another, and in this book, these two people were totally at odds with one another. But another great element of the book our heroes family life, and man oh man is Cal’s family life complicated. And can I just say how much I loved the whole home building and decorating aspect of this book, I am one of those people who is totally addicted to HGTV so let’s just say this theme was right up my alley.

So our hero, Cal, starts off in a bad spot. His dad dies right when the book starts, and that means bring his estranged brothers back home to bury their father. They all have a seriously strained relationship with their father, so I don’t think any of them were surprised when they found out their dad changed the will to make sure that the boys run the company together and LIVE together for a year, or the million dollar company will just dissolve. Cal is determined to make sure that their family company survives their father’s last ploy to mess with them. Only that means dealing with all the drama that had been keeping the brothers apart. And there is a lot of drama going on. I liked Cal, you could tell he was a good guy who was just trying to do the business that he loves and hold things together. I don’t know if he dealt with his brothers in the best way, but at the same time it was obvious he wasn’t trying to do anything to hurt them and was just doing the best he could.

As for our heroine, well she was an interesting girl that’s for sure. She had a bit of a rocky start, Morgan is beyond determined to get the Pierce Brother’s to build a house for her celebrity clients. Only Cal is not interested, so she basically blackmails him into doing it by making sure the client that was going to open up a whole lot of new doors for him changed his mind. I really didn’t like that about her. I don’t mind people who go after what they want, but I do mind when they have no problem stepping over people to do it. That being said once the job started I really liked her. I liked how competent she was, I liked how strong she was, I liked how she defied expectations regularly. She’s a strong woman, with a great work ethic.

Cal and Morgan had an attraction right from the beginning of the book, and watching the sexual tension between the two of them continue to build was just a lot of fun. They have a lot of really fun interactions and bantering between each other. I love great banter, and these two have some seriously good banter. I loved watching their relationship evolve, and become something more, they really are a great couple. I also really liked how these two dealt with problems that came their way. I really enjoyed reading this book, it was light and fun, and just good quick read for me. If you are like me, and love HGTV, then this is totally the romance for you.
